Booking the parcel is easy, although I did need help the online chat sorted out my query. The collection times of 8.00am to 9.00pm is a little too wide but understandable for the cost (could pay more for timed pick up). Driver was very polite and helpful and I received my SMS to say the parcel had been delivered. Good service and i would recommend
