We have used Interparcel almost exclusively since our contract with DHL became too expensive a couple of years ago. With one exception, I think all our parcels have been delivered as requested. There have been occasional system problems but the customer service has always been very responsive in resolving them. We have had only one overseas parcel that was not delivered within the timeframe specified, which was disappointing and exposed shortcomings in the communications between Interparcel and the courier. Nevertheless, I would certainly recommend Interparcel. The service is efficient, uncomplicated and reliable and the staff are understanding and pleasant.
