As title says I use them all the time and send 15+ parcels a month with good customer service if required BUT a couple of months back a parcel was lost somewhere along the line and when tracked it is just stuck at the 'out for delivery' mode but was never received by the receiver. I took the matter up with interparcel who are normally very helpful but they would not take the blame and because I did not supply a phone contact number for the receiver they would not take the matter further and I had to re send the item at my cost (?130). I still use them purely because the competion is 'rubbish' to put it mildly as I have experienced so many more problems with other providers. At the rate I use them I will soon be going directly with UPS though:) One off parcels they are great for but make sure you include all details they require at point of booking otherwise they will have you over a barrel if it goes missing!.
