I send out around twenty parcels a week via Interparcel. They offer a variety of courier options to allow you to choose your service based on budget and the speed you need your parcel to arrive - I have been very taken with the Collect+ option available for smaller parcels which has recently been introduced which is a much cheaper option for tracked services than Royal Mail. OveralI, Interparcel offers an excellent well priced service and I would and have recommended them. However, I have two grouches: 1) Occasionally an item may arrive broken or indeed not arrive at all. The claim process is complicated, obstructive and slow. I don't even bother with it and take the hit - this might not be ideal for customers sending one-off items. 2) If one of the courier services increase their prices it just happens without warning. As Interparcel are a broker, I think they should inform their customers on the website as it is important for businesses to know about price rises. Glebe Decorative Home
