I have used Interparcel about half a dozen times. it is an economical and convenient way to send a parcel and all but one has been problem free. One of my parcels was not collected on the booked date. I emailed the company and another collection date was promptly arranged. It was irritating but right before Xmas when I suppose they were terribly busy and made a mistake! I have forgiven the company and used them again since!! One improvement they could make is to give more specific pick up times - 8am to 9pm is a long time to have to wait at home! If they could specify before or after eg 1pm that would be very helpful.
