I have a small business shipping guitars which are generally around 1m 10cm long. The website is set up so I cannot drop off a parcel that large at my local collection point. They are quite happy to accept a parcel of that size because it is generally less than 10kg. This means that I have to book and then wait in for the parcel to be collected. This is a little frustrating
