Great service but when spending nearly ?10K a year with them, not even getting a Christmas card or any offers/appreciation etc seems a bit crappy. "Your business is sincerely appreciated, anything we can do please get in touch and I will solve any issues you have" Would be fine. Instead, I have to go through the same lines that someone using them once a year would do. I run a business and it's the repeat customers you have to look after... All it would take is another company to offer competitive prices and I would easily jump ship. Whereas I would feel loyal to Interparcel if they seemed to treat me 'special'.
