Was not impressed on Monday 27 January as I booked a parcel in with TNT. I waited all day till 5:15, no collection. I thought ok maybe tomorrow.....eventually at 3pm I phoned and spoke to Rebecca Morley. She was very apologetic and said it was by now too late for a collection but would look into why this parcel was not collected on the supposed date. I then received an email from her saying, it was allocated to the wrong driver and would be collected on Wednesday 29th. Low and behold TNT arrive in the morning and again in the afternoon to collect the same parcel! Was not impressed and had to explain to our customer why their order was taking so long. Otherwise I have no complaints, thank you. Kathy
