99.9% of the time interparcel are perfect and a much cheaper alternative to RM and direct use of the major carriers, the website is good, however my gripe is with Hermes, which although not an intrinsic part of interparcel are used by interparcel , ,they have in my experience seriously underperformed for me, and i will no longer use them at all ever !!! there are alternatives which whilst not being quite as a cheap are near enough in price as to make far more preferable.
