Apart from two incidents I'm happy with the service levels. The response to my first attempt to claim was - no you can't - no offer of anything by way of compensation, and one parcel got to it's destination in a plastic bag - which I don't use so the courier must have destroyed the original. However these are isolated incidents and the girls in customer service are very helpful when ever I query anything and the chap that comes to collect our parcels is always very polite and helpful.
