I get at least one call every day, asking if the caller can quote to ship my goods. The ease of service and I get with Interparcel means I have to reject these offers because they just can't compete. I once had a hiccup though; I'd put the wrong mailing address on my parcel destined to USA. Although it hadn't left my local area, re-routing it proved impossible. I had to contact the recipient and get them to forward it on to its destination. I wasn't best pleased.
