We love the service we get from UPS when we book through Interparcel. They pick up and deliver quickly and are totaly trust worthy. However if anything does go wrong Interparcel themselves are difficult to get hold of and very unsympathetic. They will no longer take 3m lengths which has serously reduced our selling oportunities for Cornice and Pelmet. TNT will still take these lengths so we do not understand why we can no longer book them through Interparcel.
