I like this company as the insurance is cheaper even if the same courier options aren't, for example parcel2go.com are often cheaper using the exact same quote and courier but Interparcel's insurance is a lot cheaper so it balances out... My only complaint is the emails you get with attatchments, they are too complicated and I am never sure what the courier really needs...they could take a leaf from P2G and have a simply 'print all your paperwork' button rather that several different attachments in a couple of emails...
