I give this four stars because it's quick and simple, and presents lots of cheap options which are all clear and easy to understand (although, baffingly, at the bottom of the list there will also be some ludicrously expensive options which don't seem to offer a better service). I buy and sell guitars on eBay and I used to use Parcelforce until I realised that they weren't covered, even though I was paying extra for insurance. You have to wade through a lot of well-hidden small print to find that out. Interparcel also doesn't make this a front-page boast, but if I'm not mistaken, they charge a percentage of the package's value. You can't get a quote for it though, the opportunity to add insurance doesn't come until you've booked the collection. Why not make it part of the quote, and make it absolutely clear what's covered? That would get you 5 stars!
