Interparcel are a good company overall and did there best to help me with a non collection. My only criticism is i had 2 failed collections which i waited in all day from 8 O clock AM until 9 o clock PM before giving up, .this was on two separate days and when i called on both occasions i had to wait another full day before they could arrange another collection which wasn't acceptable. Yodel have been extremely poor when i arranged collection and i ended up having Citylink collect my parcel in the end which they did very well. The price was very cheap for sending the parcels and overall i am pleased and would deal with them again but not via Yodel !
