Although not 100% they are the most reliable with replying to emails and refunding in the event of your parcel not being collected but even then, 8/10 your parcel will be collected especially if you use UPS inter parcels own courier. Trust me when I say this is the best courier company I have tried. Well for me at least. Alot of other ones are HORRID
