The cost of insurance is steep for goods of high value up to 2kg and a certain carrier consistently failed to collect - I have blown them away. These two gripes lost a star, which should be only half a star and still feel very comfortable when using the site. The telephone help and support is by far and away one of the best, if not the best. Their performance alone is worthy of a star on the rare occasions they were needed.
