I have been using Interparcel for a while now to dispatch all the larger items I sell on eBay. Their website is easy to use, straight forward and swift. I have not experienced any technical problems with the website at all. However, the shipping companies Interparcel partner with aren't exactly 100%, namely Hermes & Yodel. Hermes have now missed two collections I have set up in the past three weeks and looks like they've lost one of my shipped parcels. Yodel have dropped one of my parcels and damaged the contents which lost me money. In both cases though, Interparcel Customer Services Team have been great. I have probably spoken to all of them the number of times I called and they were all pleasant and helpful. Another thing though, they could do us consumers a favour and change their Customet Services Number to a cheaper local rate ie 0845 or even a free phone number. It cost a fortune to speak to them. All in all I like Interparcel and their ease of use and will continue to use them in the foreseeable.
