£500 bike lost in transit
No One knows where it went, where it was, who handled it
Left my property and according to tracking ended up in a warehouse they use, THEN LOST INTO THIN AIR
£25 compensation to add insult
Terrible, very stressful time and customer service/ complaint manager did not care. DO NOT USE
