Have used this service a number of times and it really depends on which carrier you book. It is good to be able to choose your carrier from one site. UPS have collected and delivered everything perfectly, but Hermes lost my parcel - will NEVER use them again! Interparcel handled the complaint well, but make sure you pay the insurance and your item is valued correctly. It is easier to deal with Interparcel than the carrier when things go wrong, but you will need to be persistant and they are slow to reimburse you. I will continue to use Interparcel as it is often cheaper than Royal Mail and usually far cheaper than using the carrier directly.
