I've used Interparcel twice. The first pickup was delayed as the courier said that he couldn't find the address, but he only used the contact number to inform us of a later pick up in lieu of this, rather than ask for directions. That seemed slightly strange, but perhaps he didn't have the contact number on the original paperwork, so wasn't able to contact us straight away maybe. However, he picked up later in the day at the second agreed time and the parcel was delivered next day in perfect condition. The next time pickup and delivery were spot on. Prices are good, the parcels seem well enough looked after and the couriers are polite and friendly. I am happy to use them again.
