I would give five stars but having never yet had a problem that needs support intervention I have no experience of the quality of their support service and that is the important factor that sorts the wheat from the chaff. I mostly use UPS through Interparcel at prices I couldn't hope to get by going direct even with a business contract. Very satisfied so far.
