i've been using ipost now for nearly over a year and do about 15 a week i find it all really good and easy to use however i think it would be nice to email regularly customers about changes and especially about the last PRICE INCREASE this just came out of the blue and i would sudgest that you run a rewards type of system like 1 point for every ?1 spent and then when you get something like a discount code or a free 5kg parcel just an idea. all the best Russell Stevens sales@specialist-Tapes.co.uk
