I work for Hermes now and again and as an ex 'Royal Fail' employee I don't think you can beat the service for bulky items. After all why go out and get wet walking to the post office when they pick up from your house 'bargain' I have had a couple of broken items in transit but if you bare with the wait interparcel do refund but be careful not to under insure. Nice easy online system to use SIMPLES x
