I arranged this with ease although I would not have known how to access the extra insurance I needed unless someone (my daughter) hadn't explained that this is accessed several steps into the buying process. I was told my parcel would be collected between 8 and 5 but I had to wait until 4.30 before it was picked up. This meant that I couldn't leave the house all day. Not a situation I enjoyed. I would probably use this service again if necessary but would prefer the collection to be within a two hour window. The cost is not too bad although it does make me more conscious of the return cost when buying articles online.
