I have used Interparcel about a dozen times recently, using UPS who are always good. Everything is fine and I have had no complaints. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is that I don't know how I will fare with them when something DOES go wrong. I used P2G for years until they lost a parcel, then they were very unhelpful and offered no compensation at all. I will NEVER use them again. So Interparcel, everything hinges on how you treat customers when they have a real complaint.
