I was told by a very competent sales woman that I had to record a reel with them to be on their books and that is was part of an audition to do so and that you can then use it as a reel anyway. So I went along, waited out in the rain as there is nowhere inside to wait until your exact time on the dot even then I wasn't allowed in. After that, I did my recording which is raw, he edits it as you go along within that hour. The headphones weren't working. So it is very raw with no background jingles. I have not used it for any of my social media. I was told I was accepted on their books and needed to pay the yearly subscription which I stupidly did thinking at least I might get something from the recording session and I have never heard from them ever again. The calls go to voicemail. The whole process feels like a scam.
