I highly advise anyone who has to adhere to a breathalyzer; BEWARE of Intoxalock! I was stuck with this company for 28 months. 16 months past my original end date! This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered consistently over a 28 month period! Had I not contacted the Tennessee Dept of Safety I may still be forcefully bonded to a consecutive 120 day extension! Intoxalock only cares about one thing and one thing only, YOUR NEXT PAYMENT!
I strongly advise against using Intoxalock! Strongly ADVICE!!!
