The customer service was so rude. He ended up yelling at me because I told him the process to getting the device removed is frustrating. I told him the website is broken and he should be more understanding and he told me to go report him then. When I try to reset my password the website is broken. Screenshot below. To get it installed they will come to you but to get it removed it’s an hr and half away…
