I have had home unit and a vehicle unit. Both malfunctioned. I had my car unit for two days and it malfunctioned leaving me stranded. This happened over the weekend and no service centers were opened. Now I’m stranded at home. I do not recommend this company. I talked to three different people in customer service. One was extremely rude. I have no confidence in the Intoxalock device. Customer service cannot help you if you are stranded after hours or on weekends. The only option you have is to be towed.
