I reported that my vehicle was going to have scheduled maintenance as the app advised me to do so that I would avoid any lockout fees while my vehicle was being serviced. Well of course while my vehicle was being serviced the machine went into lockout mode. Because my vehicle was in the shop for a week the unit could not be serviced in time and I had to pay an extra $200 on top of the $80 lockout fee that I wasn’t supposed to have to pay at all and now my vehicle is somehow on a lockout again. I called Intoxalock customer service several times and keep getting hung up on or transferred to another department that never answers the phone. I am beyond frustrated with this business and their horrible customer service or actually lack of customer service. It seems the only time you are able to talk to someone who clearly speaks English and knows what you are saying is when you reach their sales department…. How convenient right?….
