Overbilling. When I finally had the device UN-installed they said I owed $90 dollars. I planned on paying it on Friday when I got paid. I had earlier taken my card off automatic payment A few days later they took 160 out of my account. I called intoxalox and the rep said we accidentally overcharged you $70 because you never agreed to the extra fees. (I had to wait 20 minutes on hold so he could listen to my recorded conversation) he said the $should hit my bank on Tuesday. Several weeks went by and I called every week asking where my $ is. Finally they told me I won’t be getting my $back. Also when I first had it installed it wasn’t done properly and I had to disconnect the battery to get a better connection. They told me they had to bill me $75 for my battery being disconnected for one minute. Horrible customer support. All kinds of fees only a lawyer could dream up. Worse company I’ve ever had to deal with. Avoid them like the plague!
