Absolutely HORRIBLE customer Support. The module on my installed unit went out. Took me 3 days to finally talk to a live person, the 'live chat' is ALWAYS out, and when you talk to them you can't understand what their saying. I FINALLY got a replacement unit and it worked for a whopping 8 days then went out again. I've been talking to their outsourced customer Support and have been getting a run around. It's been 6 days now and their still saying I need my unit calibrated even though my mechanic has already told them by phone AND email that the unit needs replaced. If you get a quality unit and don't have problems then go play the lottery cuz your one lucky sob.
