1. Customer Service is HORRIBLE! No one picks up the phones.
2. The service/system is never correct and always wants to charge extra for no reason. We had payments paid already and the Intoxalock system says we owe money when we don't.
3. Intoxalock reviews... sounds like the company is not fixing everyone's issues if Intoxalock has a 1-star rating.
