Run!!! I can’t believe this device is approved. The customer service is good, the device itself is awful. It’s large, doesn’t fit in any of my console areas, the tips fall off easily & it’s dangerous when driving at higher speeds. The noise level & the different sounds are like nails on a chalkboard, caused me so much unnecessary stress. I needed to have my vehicle repaired, they don’t have an override option so I had to pay to have it removed which triggered me not being compliant, extra paperwork & steps involved to keep my license in good standing. The good part is I had a device installed with a different company & am very happy! Wished I would have done more research upfront. I went with Intoxalock because the customer service & sales were so helpful and easy to work with. The other carriers didn’t call me back or follow through.
