Happy is not the right word been threw pure hell cost me thousands sober and haven’t drove in over 20 years was the only way to get my lisence back still in my truck shame on rmv and smart start there taking money from a disabled person I could go one but not wasting my time have one more year next Oct removed if it don’t get removed there willl be a law suite
