I used Intoxalock and have had issues since day one it’s so true all they want is money if your calling about payment issues or changing payment you get connected almost instantly.
I was trying to get connected for removing my device and I’m on hold for 30 minutes at least five times. If your reading this do not use Intoxalock it’s a money pot and they could care less about anything else but your money and installing it.
