Been trying to get ahold of Daniel the Intoxalock advisor that has helped out and tried to make my experience with this company a little bit easier and less complicated for we all know in America right now it's hard to find good help at a reasonable commission and hard to find good customer service for we all know without customer service say good by to customers, companies that don't care about their customers obviously just care about their greedy money and finances, especially the ones on top who enjoy their expensive homes to show off and their expensive vehicles and vacations that we all pay for, but when it comes to the Intoxalock employee they are put behind on the back burner and not treated like a valued person, now I feel that Daniel the advisor is going through some hard times and tries to help out and do what he can,but have been calling,and calling and not even a follow up call to help out like he usually did, now that assumes to me he is very ill from being overworked and underpaid, thus not able to do a quality job and perform as he should and as he has in the past, all a person that has been paying for more than 2 years,a lot of money , to help out this company with its employees rent, mortgage, insurance, car payments, groceries, phone payments,baby formula, diapers and i could go on and on , WITHOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES THE COMPANY WILL NOT EXIST FOR CUSTOMERS WILL GO ELSEWHERE!!! WE NEED A COMPANY THAT CARES AND PICKS UP THEIR PHONES AND HIRES ENOUGH PEOPLE TO SERVE THE COMPANY, now take care of us out here with this out dated equipment in freezing temperatures or updated this equipment with the millions made from us!!! Easy to keep a good customer relationship if customer support is paid well and is appreciated, appreciate Daniel so he can do a good service for us, otherwise anyone, ( which now a days reads reviews from restaurants to political aspects reads reviews) will have a thought that this company is one that has problems they need to straighten out and I would not advise this company to anyone until they fix their advisors and correct customer service!!
