Worst company ever. They treat you like a probation officer would treat you. They make your life miserable if anything should goes wrong during your time with this device. If you miss a calibration date, rather than just take the device to the shop like usual to calibrate EVERY month, you have to tow your car. Then have an inspection done and you must pay a hefty fee. They always think you are lying and you get different answers from everyone you speak with at intoxalock. When you call them, they make it extremely difficult to speak with anyone but hanging up on you if you don't hit the right sequence of numbers. WORST COMPANY OUT THERE!
