Worst experience ever. I got a faulty unit and instead of just bringing the unit to the service center I had to have my car towed. Intoxalock roadside assistance is a joke, they use the cheapest company available and no one even showed up. I had to hire a local company and when I got to the service center no one even looked at my car. They just had me bring the unit inside. It cost 200$ and Intoxalock won’t reimburse me.
