I live in Minnesota, a couple days ago the temperature dropped down to -23. That morning my vehicle would not start, my wife had to bring me to work. When I arrived home that evening my vehicle started, but the intoxatock handheld stated lock out in 4 days. The next morning I had to take off work to have the handheld reset. Intoxalock charged me with a violation because of a low battery and charged me $80 dollars.
