This company is the biggest joke, go anywhere else if you can. It's the only place that's close to me so I'm screwed. First you can never find the customer service number on the website, when you finally do find it, it's all automated and you can never talk to anyone. I finally called the number to get service started so someone would actually pick up, they tell me I have to pay the $75 lockout BEFORE I can even TALK to a supervisor?? The reason I was locked out, it was -20's here all week so I was told to unhook the head unit and bring it in the house overnight. When I hooked it backup, it gave me 4 days before a lockout. The unit has been messed up since it was installed and about to fall apart, and it messes up settings on your vehicle, of course when you tell them, it's the vehicles fault and not the unit...
