This is the worst device, I have had issues since day one including buying 2 new batteries. Today I had a service 4 pop up and it took me 15 minutes before it finally allowed me to start my car, then 25 minutes to talk to someone at intoxalock and all they could tell it was a glitch. Kentucky should be ashamed to support this kind of service and yes I take full responsibility for what I did, but this so stressful. I would love to know what Kentucky does with all the money they get from this!
