I've had better luck getting in contact with the DMV than these folks. There's nothing on their site for submitting for a letter of compliance so that leaves you stuck on hold for HOURS just to get the basics of anything. I've got no intention of being in this predicament again, but if I could go back in time I'd do everything in my power not to do business with such a horrible company.
