I waited 45 minutes to schedule a removal and when someone answered, they immediately hung up. I had the mechanics that's affiliated with them work on my car twice and during both of those times, the mechanics weren't paying attention and interlocks lockout activated. The company took the money from my account and when I called to tell them to report the issue/mistake, instead of returning my money, they credited me. They made account negative and I had to find a way to get the money they stole. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
