The device malfunctioned and fell off. Not only did it take two weeks for the company that installed my device to get a new device. They wouldn't refund my money I had to spend to rent a car cause I didn't have my vehicle. The supervisor was rude. Then called me back and basically lied on the installation company trying to say the device was tampered with. But they are paying the inspection and reinstallation fee. Horrible company.
