I had a court order to remove an intoxalock for my son who was in jail and they said since I was not on his account they weren’t able to do it. I was on hold every time I called to try and resolve this for at least 30 minutes at a time and an hour and a half the final time before I finally decided to let his attorney deal with them and I’d pay him. It is so disheartening to see them take such advantage of people. I have no doubt they continue to charge him even now which is why I feel like I am getting the run around each time I call.
