I wish I could leave zero stars. This company miss leads you in costs and promises and discounts. The device consistently malfunctions costing me hundreds of dollars. Talking to customer service which is a call center in India accomplishes absolutely nothing. This is a predatory blood sucking company that takes advantage of people who have to have this device in their car. When I asked them to investigate the promises the sales person had told me when I contracted with this company, they asked me to call them back in 30 days. After 30 days, they knew nothing.
