If I could give a negative number, I would. I was dealing with a lady named Sabia, and she was insulting and disrespectful. I was told by my supervising officer that I would not have to get the car calibrated because my case was discharged by the judge prior to the need for calibration. I called to schedule the removal of the device, only to be told the car would be locked until I could get it calibrated. I tried to explain that I had to go to work and asked that they not lock the car, but that wasn't her problem. She proceeded to laugh at me. This lady needs to be FIRED! After dealing with her for ten minutes, she hung up.
