I concur with all the negative ratings provided by previous customers. Since July 11th, 2025, we have been experiencing persistent issues with the faulty device in our vehicle. The machine and the app have consistently malfunctioned, resulting in numerous problems. The customer service department has been consistently inadequate. The paperwork (app) indicates that a calibration is due, while the machine suggests a different date. Consequently, we have incurred additional financial losses due to the vehicle’s inability to start. When we attempted to contact customer service to resolve this matter, we were met with rudeness and overtalking. They failed to actively listen to our concerns. We were compelled to have the calibration performed twice within a two-week period, which was entirely beyond our control. Furthermore, we were forced to have our truck towed twice, which is inconceivable given that we were adhering to all applicable regulations.
